YOUR ROLE AS MARKETING MANAGER
As our new Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of creative and impactful marketing strategies across all channels. You will manage digital marketing, social media, content creation, events, and branding initiatives, ensuring everything you do aligns with our commercial goals and brand identity.
Working closely with the Regional Commercial Director, as well as sales teams, hotel teams, and external partners, you will translate business priorities into compelling campaigns that generate leads, boost revenue, and strengthen brand visibility.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with creativity, data with storytelling, and leadership with hands-on execution.
Please note: our office location will move in Q1 2026 to Eschborn–Frankfurt, which will become your primary office base.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that match company goals and market trends • Overseeing all marketing channels (digital, social media, email, print) to ensure brand consistency • Leading the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns • Conducting market research to identify opportunities and challenges • Collaborating with sales teams to design targeted campaigns that drive leads and revenue • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation for maximum ROI • Creating and distributing on-brand marketing materials that inspire and engage • Analysing performance metrics and using insights to optimise campaigns • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team • Staying ahead of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and trends
